If you're a multi-talented person with energy and ambition, then you could be our next Lettings Consultant. We're a well-established and growing business which specialises in lettings, property management and block management, and we pride ourselves on being different from other businesses in our sector. We offer a great package, including on-target first year earnings of £25k. Career progression and accordingly increased earnings are on the horizon for the right person. Experience in the property sector is not essential; it's your personality, aptitude and attitude that will count. We will consider transferable skill-sets and full training will be provided.
Key Tasks:
- Generating landlord leads.
- Achieving agreed targets for new tenancies.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service for applicant tenants and landlords.
- Marketing and presenting properties to the highest standard, including write-ups, photography and 3D virtual tours.
Essential:
- Work experience in a target-driven environment of at least one year.
- A will to exceed expectations.
- Good at dealing with a diverse range of people.
- Technically capable and embracing of software.
- Positive demeanour and receptive to change.
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified.
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
