Our client is an elite residential agency located in Sydney's Eastern Beaches who has built up a reputation within their marketplace as one of the area's most prestigious and successful agencies.
Due to an internal promotion, a rare opportunity has emerged for a Sales Associate to join this award-winning team, working alongside an award winning lead Sales Agent who has a wealth of market knowledge and has played an integral role in securing many impressive sales.
The Position
In the role of Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting the local area and leveraging off current listings for leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
- Preparing for and attending open homes and auctions for some of Sydney's most luxurious properties
- Attend marketing shoots and appointments, including listing appointments and market appraisals with the Agent
- Assist with sales enquiries and conduct buyer call backs
- Liaise with vendors, solicitors, photographers and marketing coordinators
The Person
- Previous real estate experience as a sales associate, or a leasing consultant wishing to take a leap into sales
- A local or excellent knowledge of the Eastern Beaches ideal but not essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- You will be tenacious, hungry and results-driven
- Proactive and keen to take initiative and learn
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Have a valid driver's licence and own car
- Passionate about a long-term career in real estate residential sales
