The Loyalty Host role is to manage customer experience and to attract, retain and grow valued
members through personalised contact of varied means, as well as seeking and documenting interactions during this
contact.
This position requires, flexibility for afternoon and evening shift work across the week, including weekends and public holidays.
You will work towards establishing a strong rapport with our members by using your excellent inter-personal skills to truly understand their needs and how we can best deliver consistent customer satisfaction. You will have an understanding of, and sensitivity towards cultural diversity and the ability to create meaningful connections and relationships with our customers.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Extensive customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage relationships.
- Experience in dealing with difficult customer situations in a calm, professional manner.
- Be goal orientated with a service satisfaction focus.
- Hotel concierge experience preferred.
- Highly desirable if you can speak Korean, Mandarin or Cantonese.
