Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working in Hospitality or Retail
- Experience in a fast pace environment
- Leading and coaching a diverse team
- Maintaining food safety and safety standards
- Experience managing a team around 10-15 people
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Proven experience achieving KPIs and maximising profit
- A genuine commitment to exceeding customer service principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Punctual and reliable
- Commitment to excellent personal presentation
- Able to show initiative and give direction
- Coordinate with food and drink suppliers
- Oversee stock levels, kitchen operations and events

Salary: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
