• Proficiency in CAD software, strong design and visualization skills.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

• Certification:

• Architectural license preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design:

• Create innovative and functional architectural designs.

• Project Management:

• Oversee projects from conception to completion.

• Collaboration:

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors.

• Code Compliance:

• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.

• Documentation:

• Prepare and review architectural documents.

• Budget Management:

• Monitor project budgets and timelines.

• Site Inspections:

• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with plans.

• Problem Solving:

• Address design and construction challenges.

• Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to understand and meet their requirements.

• Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovations.

• Languages:

• English, Hindi and Marathi.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
