XS Entertainment is currently recruiting for a music producer to join the XS Entertainment Music Production Team at one of their studios in Southend Essex.
Having experience in the following would be highly desirable:
- Bachelors Degree in music preferred (Not essential)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in music production
- Knowledgable in all aspects of music and sound recording
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
- Outgoing personality and ability to discuss music both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of the music and media landscape
- Passion and strong understanding for music and pop/urban culture
- Big ideas and the belief that anything is possible
- Ability to work with others in a positive and productive manner
