Manage SOP
Vendor Management
Prompt in managing the client escalation.
Ensure Service Delivery
Adherence of processes and procedures
Handhold teams & clients for various occasions
Ensure compliance of regulations
Preparing & validating Monthly attendance
Contribute to the Monthly Management Report (MMR)
Support to the client for participating in various indoor & outdoor activities such as AGPL, Festivals, Emergency Evacuation
Support for Bio Medical Waste management
Manage all Health and Safety issue.
Ensuring an adequate availability and supply of consumables
Ensure service ability of all machines used at the site.
Horticulture & Indoor plants maintenance
