Position Responsibilities
Are you a results-driven sales manager? We’re looking for a player/manager team leader for our B2C Sales Team.
As the Sales Team Leader (B2C), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the B2C Sales Team. Selling a range of legal education courses directly to a global audience of prospective students, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the student enrolment target on a course-by-course basis and providing regular, accurate forecasting
- Using and interrogating data to identify opportunities, highlight risks and mitigate cancellations
- Using metrics, SLAs and KPIs to focus the B2C sales team on the right activities at the right time
- Leading daily huddles to set the direction, tone and focus of the team
- Holding weekly 1-2-1s with the team to review performance and help team members identify and achieve their path to goal
- Demonstrate best practices and identify the training and development needs of the team
- Refining the sales pitch and sales communications templates to achieve optimum results
- Presenting on individual and team sales attainment through quarterly management check-ins
- Providing mentoring and coaching through call listening and training sessions
- Identifying and leveraging platforms and tools for success, including LinkedIn prospecting and Sales Navigator
- Providing territory sales support when required to cover annual leave and sickness
- Providing the first port of call and escalation for all B2C sales team queries
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing and Revenue Operations Consultant to identify and embed opportunities to optimise and streamline sales processes in Salesforce
- Contribute to the BARBRI International Business Strategy forum for B2C Sales
- Creating a fun, high-energy environment where the team is well-supported to achieve their potential
Person Specification
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales
- Ambitious and results-driven
- Proficient with data and enjoy interrogating performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presenting
- Confident in presenting and communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Lead from the front by always maintaining a high level of personal drive and the highest standards of accountability and professionalism
- A supportive team player
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Desirable *Requirements
- Experience in the education or training sector would be beneficial
- Previous experience working in a CRM is essential, Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience using call management software is essential; Five9 software experience would beneficial
- Previous experience and success using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is highly desirable
