Job Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join our friendly, motivated office-based team to assist us with significant growth and ambitious future plans.

Role Objectives and Responsibilities

To be a key member of the team working on a range of customer accounts, the key objectives are as follows:

  • Support Project Managers on projects and administration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all project delivery deadlines and objectives are met on time.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining an accurate forecast of projects and project plans to keep an eye on project progress
  • Aiding sales and Project Managers with any leads or industry insights

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and estimating, preferably in the retail displays industry.
  • Good level of general technical knowledge to give a better understanding of the various solutions that you will be overseeing.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable in a client facing situation.
  • Good level of numeracy.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience of managing multiple requirements concurrently
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
