1.0 KEY OBJECTIVES

The HR executive will support the Fleet HR team in travel arrangements, Crew movement coordination, administrative assignment, and crew life cycle management.

  • Crew mobilization and demobilization
  • Training coordination
  • Compliance to RPSL and DGS documentation

3.0 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Be responsible for sourcing and recruitment of all crew for FPSOs in compliance with manning requirement.
  • Ensure timely completion of timesheet, contract renewals as per the timelines.
  • Formulate, Execute, and administer policies and strategy relating to crewing.
  • Ensure that the crew are qualified i.e., meet the Company and flag state requirement with regards to crew requirements.
  • Support Corporate HR with crew details for Insurance and payroll.
  • Liaise with flag state on crew related issues.
  • Manage the travel arrangement for Sign off/Sign on crew and training.
  • Ensure full and final settlement is done for all exiting employees.
  • Ensure training compliance for all crew.
  • Ensure completion of all regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with client for crew movement / approvals as required.

Total Number of experiences required : 2 to 6yrs

Education Qualification : Graduation + MBA /PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
