Maintaining repair and service sheet.
- Processing RMA for faulty devices.
- Engage in providing support and troubleshooting after installation of the devbice at site
to the concern department.
- Testing all the service products going out for servicing at different sites.
- Inspecting different new devices coming in for the Home Automation Industry.
- Educating site workers on technicalities to avoid delays and help them.
