We are looking for someone who is hard working, flexible, enjoys working in a high pressured and varied environment and preferably with prior Machine Operations experience.
Working to an agreed production schedule, ensuring the quality of the finished product is produced within agreed tolerances. The management of the material and machine requirements will be paramount to ensure the continuity of production.
Duties will include:
- Maintain production flow from the robots.
- Work safely, adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Check the quality of the products.
- Loading of parts onto machine and setting the programme to start per part.
- Moving the parts into the oven to cure
- Packing off parts once cured through the oven process.
- All products to be bar code labelled on completion of process.
- All boxes to be marked correctly and placed back into stock.
- Production records updated throughout the day.
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- Experience of working on own initiative.
- Numerate, ability to work quickly accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on commitment to getting the job done.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- FLT qualified would be advantageous but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.50 per hour
