Voice Services Product Manager - Join Our Dynamic Team!
Are you an experienced and driven Voice Services Product Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a talented individual to join our highly-skilled team of collaborative engineers and lead the way in delivering complex Voice technologies globally. As a member of our Collaboration Services Product Line, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with other Product teams and make a significant impact on our enterprise phone services, including call center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of cutting-edge technology solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Seamlessly integrate solutions into our network environment, working closely with other stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day operations, resources, and project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-conscious outcomes.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Foster a data-driven culture and leverage analytics to guide decision-making.
- Provide effective personnel management, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent corporate working experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT or network management and services experience.
- Current experience with Cisco CUCM, Teams Calling, SIP trunking, and Call Center solutions.
- Experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with agile and traditional delivery methods in large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of product management techniques such as strategy and roadmapping.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical decisions to executive staff.
