Overview
Responsibilities:
Travel
- Collaborate with our TMC to organize and coordinate aspects of employee travel, including assistance with flights, hotel, and train bookings.
- Always ensure Policy adherence.
- Working closely with the employees to ensure their requirements are supported.
- Develop and continuously improve strategic polices and programs for corporate travel.
- Manage and maintain relationships with travel agents, hotels, and vendors globally.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers.
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of the policy to ensure safety.
- Analyse and ensure reporting are timely and accurate.
Workplace
- Reception duties - Booking meeting rooms, managing post, telephone answering.
- Daily walk-arounds of site and ensuring any issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner. Ordering of office supplies - Subsistence, Stationary etc
Required Qualifications:
- Background in travel industry, preferably with experience as a travel coordinator
- Basic understanding of geography
- English language
- Knowledge of OBTs
- Excellent customer service
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GDS / NDC solutions
- Knowledge of virtual payments (specifically Conferma) Problem solver
