This role is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and presenting Procurement metrics, supplier spend, and assisting in the coordination and management of strategic sourcing activities across several indirect procurement categories, vendor management, cost control, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the efficient delivery of the business strategy in the EMEACLA region.

How you will make an impact:
Design, develop, and deliver analytic reports, data visualizations, and metrics which extract meaningful insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams to better understand and improve business performance.
Support the relevant sourcing activities and ensure the proper communication between the Category Managers and procurement operations.
Support newly created Car Fleet Management Category by managing leasing contracts, creating reports, and conducting analysis of fleet data, collaborating with local Country Facilities teams, and Procurement team on Fleet Contract negotiations.
Support continuous improvement of procurement processes - investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities; create and present solutions.
Provide spend analysis and insights that drive operational improvement and cost savings.
Report on Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and forecast performance for various spend categories.
Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers in analyzing pricing and department needs, making recommendations and implementing agreed upon solutions for cost reduction, efficiencies, and process improvement.
Monitoring supplier programs and market trends and conduct supplier performance assessments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Reviewing purchase orders, revise, and negotiate specified terms on behalf of internal customers with suppliers.

What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree and
3+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing
2+ years of data analysis experience, financial reporting, manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and reporting results in a clear and effective manner
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships of trust
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluent English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) and source-to-pay or related systems (e.g., Coupa) is preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
