About the role
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid)

This role drives Adopt enablement and awareness, and active adherence to Adopt approaches, tooling and deliverables for all the Adopt enablement, regional and country teams. Reports directly to LDC Adopt Enablement Leadership. Overall responsible for defining the Adopt Approaches, templates, reporting's and trackers in accordance with the governance framework, ensuring scalable and repeatable deployments across LDC Implementation.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.
- Ensures Adopt approaches are always up to date and synchronized with M&T team.
- Manage the Adopt approaches, tools, templates, and handbooks, ensuring comprehensive coverage from planning to execution for Country Mobilization, Data Migration, Readiness Assessment, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
- Responsible for the end-to-end Adopt Approaches training: Jumpstart training schedule in coordination with Adopt PM/PMO, content management, post training support.
- Provide all the templates to be used in each of the Adopt deliverables and activities of the Adopt Approaches.
- Define the Adopt reporting and tracking standards, dashboards, guides, and status updates, including provision and training of the required tools and data sources.
- Instruct and guide Deployment team on how to use the templates, storage and required approvals if needed.
- Ensure adherence to the LDC global methodology, tools, processes and guidelines. Define and maintain the Go/LDCAdopt SharePoint with all the Adopt toolkits and ways of working.
- Assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members. Collaborate with Adopt PM on prioritized cross-functional releases for the required Adopt deliverables.
- Coordinate milestone Tollgate Reviews to ensure go-live readiness progression. Proactively highlight key risks and challenges related to global deployment governance in a timely manner.

Role Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Chemical Analytics/Quality Control and equipment qualification and proficient English
- Experience in GMP environment and analytics (e.g., Quality Control), coming from multi-national context
- Experience supporting audits & HA inspections and project management is a must. Experience managing large virtual teams
- Proven experience with end-to-end S4 Hana Data, Migration Methodology, GxP and SoX project compliance controls, Agile, Waterfall and in HP ALM, ITSM, Jira tools
- ERP project implementation background with good SAP business process understanding
Desirable requirements:
- Background in pharmaceutical industry. Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
- Strategic and Hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues & risks)
