Job Title: Architect
Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare architectural drawings and specifications for various building projects
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare project estimates, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications
- Review and recommend modifications to existing designs to improve functionality or reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 4-6 years of experience in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint and other architectural software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
