Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis during client interactions to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Tailor product presentations to showcase how our offerings meet the specific requirements of each client.

  • Deal Closure:

  • Employ effective sales techniques to overcome objections and convince clients to choose our offerings.

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented.

  • Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve overall sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
