Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Market Research:
Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights into potential investment opportunities and market dynamics.
Competitor Analysis:
Evaluate competitors and their strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Generate reports and recommendations based on competitive intelligence.
Data Collection and Management:
Utilize various sources to collect relevant data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain databases to streamline information retrieval.
Industry Trends Monitoring:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the real estate market.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate market research findings into strategic planning.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to share insights and recommendations.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and making actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
