Scope of the position:
As Engineering Project Leader you will be manage assigned project development team and deliver an accurate and robust design on time utilizing a flexible, skilled and accountable workforce. Manage daily engineering tasks and customer expectations.
This position falls into our E-systems division which is focused on development of fuse boxes into Automotive industry.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as main technical leader and project responsible during product development phases
- Communications with OEM clients (Volvo, BMW, JLR) about technical specifications and engineering changes
- Proposing technical solutions
- Create and Control engineering budget, forecast and expense on project
- Ensure that products are developed robust, accurate and cost effective
- Evaluate and clarify technological / validation / testing aspects
- Participation on project execution management team resource, capacity and strategy planning meetings
To be a success in this role you must have:
- Technical education, electro background is big advantage
- Experience of working in the automotive sector
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in automotive Project/Program Management
- Proven people management experience within international business matrix organization
- Fluency in English
