Job Summary:
A mobile detailer is responsible for performing thorough cleaning, restoration, and maintenance of vehicles at the customer's location. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. Training is provided to ensure proficiency in various detailing techniques and the use of specialized equipment

Responsibilities:
Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing:

  • Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to maintain their appearance.
  • Vacuum and clean interior surfaces, including carpets, seats, and dashboard.
  • Clean and condition leather and fabric surfaces.
  • Detail and clean engine compartments.

Exterior Restoration:

  • Remove dirt, grime, and stains from the vehicle's exterior.
  • Perform paint protection treatments, such as sealants or ceramic coatings.

Interior Restoration:

  • Clean and sanitize interior surfaces, paying attention to high-touch areas.
  • Remove stains and odors from carpets and upholstery.
  • Condition and protect interior surfaces from UV damage.

Window and Glass Cleaning:

  • Clean and polish windows and mirrors.

Customer Service:

  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Discuss detailing services, pricing, and potential additional services.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with the detailing results.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Maintain and clean detailing equipment and tools.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Time Management:

  • Plan and organize daily schedules to meet customer appointments.
  • Complete detailing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Record Keeping:

  • Keep accurate records of services provided and materials used.
  • Process payments and provide invoices to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of various detailing products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile detailing schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $21.00 - $35.38 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
