Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is directly responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries as well as seeking out new opportunities for sales. Our client is a market leader in outdoor swimming pools, and has a range of innovative products.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Responding to incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Follow up sales leads enquiries.
  • Submit accurate quotes and invoices.
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments.
  • Greet clients visiting the showroom

You will need;

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in working with construction sector or builders highly sought.
  • Ability to read civil design drawings would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously when needed and work cohesively as part of a fast-paced team
  • IT literate
  • Professional & courteous manner with both customers and fellow staff
  • Be punctual and reliable
