Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide general administration support to the HR Manager.
  • Contribute in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support managers in relation to HR processes such as performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and policy interpretation.
  • Issue and process letters of offer and employment status changes.
  • Proactively recruit and onboard staff including engagement with local job providers and other relevant external agencies.
  • Maintain personnel databases, including employee records and performance management data.
  • Respond to HR queries from staff and managers.
  • Assist in maintaining an up to date database all Annual Performance Reviews and Supervisions across the organisation.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

To be successful you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar, or minimum 1-2 years working in similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
