This employer is seeking a driven Business Relationships Coordinator to help support the Head of Business Development continue to grow the business.
This role is Full Time with the ability to work hybrid after establishing yourself in the role.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele contacts
- Actively demonstrate a drive and commitment to achieving sales goals
- Track leads and deals using CRM and provide weekly reports
- Conduct some cold calls, phone and face-to-face contact to obtain new bookings
Essential Criteria
- Natural ability to develop authentic relationships and engage positively across multiple diverse communities
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Have an open mindset, and the ability to think outside the box
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
- Clear and effective communicator - written and verbal
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
- Experience in CRM and automation of Pipedrive/ Hubspot
- A willingness to get things done
- Professional presentation and manner
Preferred Criteria
- Sales experience in the photography and or sporting industries
Must Have Qualifications
- Hold a current driver’s licence with no restrictions.
- Working with Children’s Check
- Legally be able to work in Australia.
