Your Role:
As the Centre manager you will be responsible for supporting and inspiring Early Childhood Professionals in the planning, implementation and evaluation of an educational program for 4-5 year olds, in accordance with EYLF, QKLG and NQF guidelines. Your experience and passion for early childhood education will enable you to ensure individual needs of educators, families and children are catered for and the service runs in line with National Quality Standards.
You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the service, including rostering, CCMS management, reporting to management company and increasing occupancy through tours and community engagement.
Requirements:
- An ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) or evidence of exemption
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates
- A passion for working with children
- A desire to become a leader of a dedicated and supportive team of educators
- Experience in a similar management position
