The Position:
- Associate litigation lawyer position available with a leading law firm specializing in commercial, litigation and family law firm.
- Working on a range of cases that meet your skillset, such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, defamation, professional negligence, tax disputes, property & leasing disputes, bankruptcy & insolvency, wills & estate litigation.
- Opportunity to work alongside senior associates, special counsel and partners
- Opportunity to learn and continue CPD

Requirements:
- 3+ PAE in litigation
- Passionate about litigation law and assisting our clients to the best of your ability
- Admission to practice law in Australia
