Our client is a top global law firm known for its extensive legal services and presence across multiple continents. The Real Estate Team
The highly regarded Real Estate team advises across the full range of property matters including acquisition, planning, financing, construction, leasing and disposal of real estate assets. They act as trusted advisors to investors, developers and lenders, in all real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multifamily residential, healthcare and hospitality.
The Role
The team are now looking to add an Associate to their Sydney office, where you will be exposed to interesting, high quality and challenging work. This role will see you providing advice to a variety of domestic and overseas clients including multi-national corporations, federal and state governments, listed and unlisted trusts, and privately held developers and investors on:
- major acquisition and disposals;
- property development, financing and management;
- significant leasing portfolios (spanning across commercial, industrial and retail); and
- large-scale property due diligence processes.

Requirements:
To be successful, you will have between 2 to 4 years’ PAE in hands-on transaction (sales and acquisitions) and leasing experience, as well as general property work. Development exposure will also be highly regarded.
In addition, you will have the following:
- Be passionate about property law and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
- A high attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team and provide exceptional service to clients
