Duties:
Working in a team, this role will see you working alongside 3 experienced Senior Property Managers to support in the management of a portfolio of residential properties. With the added advantage of 95% of the properties based in one Estate, your duties will be mainly focused on Leasing and Routine inspections including:
- Advertising properties online
- Liaising with potential tenants, conducting weekly viewings, and updating the landlord throughout the process
- Reference checking potential tenants
- Compiling leases and tenancy packs
- Coordinating and undertaking routine inspections
- Responding to tenant maintenance requests, and liaising with landlords and contractors to resolve issues
Specific requirement:
- Some Real Estate experience is essential
- You will be a vibrant and collaborative team member who enjoys helping and is a quick learner
- Must have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Be mature-minded, self-motivated as well as culturally open and patient (there is a very mixed demographic on this development)
- Experience in PropertyTree will be highly regarded
- Have a car and drivers license
