Job Purpose
Responsible for performing day to day activities in the commerce pharmacy in order to serve the customers, communicate with other employees and suppliers for making and improving the sales. To deliver on targeted monthly brand wise volume / value and achieve budgeted receivables (DSO) objectives for their territory.
- Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge_
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with a minimum of 1 year experience
- MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word) and knowledge of ERP is an advantage
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Knowledge in Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in clerical activities is an advantage
- Holder of valid Qatar Council for Health Practitioners (QCHP) license
- Communication and Working Relationships_
- Immediate supervisors on all operational aspects through feedbacks and reporting
- Customers, buyers, and external vendors etc. to ensure compliance and support
- Key Dimensions and Related Job Results_
- Dispensing medicines and other items to customers and sales team
- Controlled medicines sales, monitoring, and management
- Involved in purchasing, stock updating and arrangement.
- Insurance approval, post-approval processing and insurance payments follow up if any.
- Expired goods monitoring, removal from shelves and process for return/replacement.
- Billing, daily sales closing, post day-closing document processing.
- Provide supplementary information to customers regarding drug dosage and diet regimen.
- Operating Environment_
- Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any outlet or department
- The working environment is physically demanding of time with long working hours, working on holidays, & demands physical agility
- Job is emotionally & psychologically demanding. Job holder may be pressurized from customer’s requirements, operational needs, employee relations, process compliance, government regulations & external relations.

Salary: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
