  • United KingdomEquans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in University of West London W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a Full time role working 45 hours per week. On offer is a salary of ££26,919.61 per annum.


Shift pattern:
Weekly rota; Mon - Fri

7am - 4pm

1pm - 10pm

  • To provide an excellent level of customer service to the client, external and internal.
  • To present and provide a professional and courteous caretaking service

Who are we looking for?

  • A Full UK Driving Licence - Essential.
  • Experience required in a trade or similar role - Essential.
  • To have excellent customer service skills - Essential.
  • Able to prioritise and work independently - Essential.
  • Able to use own initiative - Essential.
  • H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height - Desirable.
  • To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding - Desirable.

To be self motivated and engaged with all requests and where required work unsupervised
