Customer Service Retail Sales - Schoolwear

Pickles Schoolwear is currently seeking an experienced and talented Retail Assistant to manage our Newington Uniform Shop as well as work with our team in the Marrickville Flagship Retail Outlet. As part of our Retail Team you need a strong focus on customer service, the ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail. You will need a reliable car to work between the stores and; obtain a Working With Children Check.

The responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to;

• Deliver a positive Customer Service experience across all touch points including in store, online and via phone.
• Availability to work rostered Saturday's.
• Efficiently and accurately process sales on POS system including exchanges/returns as well as process online orders.
• Accept deliveries, unpack and arrange stock, replenishing fixtures and stocktaking - lifting is required.
• Maintain and follow administration processes and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)
• Ensure store presentation is maintained with daily cleaning and up hold visual merchandising standards for the store and any displays. Among other varied tasks.

• Required to be flexible and adaptable for working in a fast paced, changeable environment.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Should be of smart appearance and have a can-do attitude.
• Be able to stand for long periods with lifting involved.
• Working with children check essential..
• Drivers Licence a must with good driving record and own car.
• Experience in fashion/clothing industry highly regarded.
• Flexibility with hours during busy periods and rotating Saturday Roster.
