Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Performs AC system inspections and manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance.
- Installs and repairs direct expansion air conditioning equipment to include window units, split type units and packaged units.
- Carries out mechanical / electrical repairs to reciprocating chilled water units; air handling units, associated equipment, and controls.
- Disassembles inspects, and rebuilds reciprocating-type compressors.
- Troubleshoots both mechanical and electrical faults on the equipment mentioned above.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Vocational training in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation.
Prerequisite Experience /Competence:
- 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Electrical knowledge of AC control systems.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in the English language.
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to the AC trade.

Salary: ﷼1,300.00 - ﷼2,000.00 per month
