  1. Project Leadership:
  2. Lead and manage large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  3. Provide strategic direction and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

  5. Team Management:

  6. Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

  7. Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and other team members.

  8. Project Planning and Execution:

  9. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  10. Implement effective project management processes and methodologies.

  11. Stakeholder Communication:

  12. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and solutions.

  13. Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.

  14. Quality Assurance:

  15. Implement and uphold quality standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  16. Conduct thorough project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 15 to 20 years of prior experience in civil engineering, with a focus on mega projects.
  • Proven track record in project management, demonstrating successful project delivery.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) regulations and market dynamics.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
