Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and revenue made from wines and spirits
- Deliver high-quality of food and beverages to guests
- Always follow company's standards
- Organize glassware and wine related service equipment
- Ensure neat state of all wine related equipment
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and being involved to the service sequence
- Constantly remain guest focused and promote quest experience
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head Sommelier
Requirements:
- Required at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with demanding guests
- Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
- Previous fine dining experience required
- Certified wine education will be considered a plus
