Kariera's Hiring Solutions team is looking for a talented Trade Marketing Specialist, on behalf of a company client.
Brief Description:
Key Accountabilities:
Successfully transform marketing initiatives into category development plans & present to customers as business development opportunities
Work together with sales teams to effectively manage promotional activation at customer & POS level
Presentation of business evolution & category development plans to influence/gain customer commitment to execution
Monitor of market evolution, identify sales opportunities, extract & develop argumentation to support category/subcategory plans
Analysis of assortment opportunities per customer, identify & quantify business opportunities
Understanding of customer preferences & incorporate them into business development planning
Volume target estimations/forecast at product/customer level
Loyalty program reporting and promotional action analysis
Be involved in the execution of ad - hoc marketing activities, product launches and special projects by developing new ideas and proposals concerning POP materials and promo actions for products in scope
Qualifications:
Up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing/Sales function
Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing Studies or Data Science
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills
