Transport Supervisor
Planning and scheduling daily work for drivers and operatives, meeting service KPIs.
Resolving day-to-day operational issues and queries from various stakeholders.
Providing operational support to the Transport Manager and acting as cover in their absence.
Compliance planning and administration functions as required.
Optimising service delivery through route planning and monitoring.
Contributing to the development of a safe working environment at the depot.
Actively participating in the Performance Management process.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Waste Management, Logistics, or Customer Service.
Effective interpersonal skills for communication with peers and management.
Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to work across different work sections within the business.
Proficiency in the English language and eligibility to work in Ireland.
