Stellenbeschreibung

  • Support for Project Managers during Ivalua implementation projects
  • Collection and presentation of the information related to procurement and procurement platforms
  • Active participation in the development of the sales strategy and in selected phases of implementation projects
  • Sales team support within the complex bids for Ivalua procurement system implementation (first contact, offering, live-demos and contracting)
  • Identifying customer needs and working with them to develop and implement solutions
  • Preparation of the sales materials necessary for implementation offer submission (answers to requests for proposals, presentations, recommendations, agreements)

Qualifikationen

  • German language skills at a minimum B2 level
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum level C1 level
  • Very good knowledge of Office - Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Jira would be an advantage
  • Autonomy in the execution of tasks
  • Very strong analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing their competences
  • Experience in procurement or consulting would be an asset
