SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - SECURITIZATIONS

YOUR MISSION

• Managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish holding and securitization companies;
• Being the first point of contact for clients to deal with accounting and reporting matters;
• Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS;
• Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis;
• Supporting tax consulting firms in the preparation of VAT and tax returns;
• Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders‘ meetings;
• Supervising and coaching of junior accountants;
• Liaising closely with tax specialists, audit firms and lawyers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or similar qualification;
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg;
• You have strong knowledge of national accounting principles and financial reporting practices;
• You have a sound understanding of securitization vehicles;
• You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients;
• You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems;
• You have excellent skills in Excel and are capable of handling big data sets;
• You are fluent in English, good language skills in German or French will be considered an asset.
