ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the execution, management, and planning of daily administrative tasks for the SOLS Solar Academy team, including coordinating the efforts of junior staff members, volunteers, and teachers. The intern will contribute to managing student records and the enrollment process, handling official correspondence for the Academy, monitoring academic progress, tracking data, providing office support, and assisting in organizing monthly events with a particular focus on social media management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:

  • Providing support to the team in their daily tasks and responsibilities which highly focuses on research work involving market research analysis
  • Assisting with the materials preparation required like proposals, presentations and other sales materials.
  • Assisting with basic graphic designing and copywriting.
  • Assisting with database organizing, input of data and records

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • You have completed or currently obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency or adequate knowledge in technical skills such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Proficiency or adequate knowledge and skills in data analytics and research
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communicator, able to prospect and communicate at certain levels, from C-level corporate to decision-makers and support staff.
  • Adequate interpersonal skills and able to provide support to effectively network with partners.
  • Good attitude. Should be willing and able to learn about the Solar PV residential space, and SOLS Energy’s multiple products, processes, and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Good communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  • Should have a deep desire to learn on high-growth tech startups.
  • Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
  • Adequate knowledge in using CRM tools (E.g. Hubspot or Salesforce).
  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides).

Job Type: Internship

Salary: Up to RM600.00 per month
