Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products;
- Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages;
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches;
- Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary;
- Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested;
- Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate;
- Build an instant rapport through effective communication;
- Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in telesales / telemarketing;
- Experiences as telesales / telemarketing in automotive or insurance is added advantage;
- Well versed speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage;
- Able to cope with rejections;
- Be driven by commission.
Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
