Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of AS400 with programming skills in RPG Free format, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, COBOL/400. Basic Knowledge in Java & Unix is preferable.
- Combination of COBOL & RPG
- AS400 Developer with experience on SDLC with experience in Banking projects, preferably Collections
- Responsible for end-to-end software development and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes). This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support.
- Create technical design document, logical flow and pseudo codes
- Create and review RPGLE, SQRPGLE, COBOL/400 programs for the defined scope of requirements and design
- Participates in Electronic Banking System (EBS) or Credit Card (SICS) related solutions and projects.
- Responsible for quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.
- Partner closely with the Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science / information technology or equivalent, with minimum with 3 years' work experience in systems development under AS400 platform
- Performs impact analysis on new initiative, design and development
- Supports or delivers development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Delivers business systems enhancements, integration and implementation according to users requirements: reviews technical design
- Familiar with tools/practices such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Review SIT test plan & result and support UAT for any assigned projects
- Responsible in managing technical risks throughout any project
- Reviews, monitors and manages vendor's deliverable
- Preferably with at least one full SDLC implementation experience in any project
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results
- Able to make sound proposal and critical decisions with supervisor's guidance
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical/investigative skills
