Responsibilities
- Recognizing the importance of providing good public relations, excellent customer service and interaction all the times.
- Comply with all reasonable directions of the Company and use your best endeavours to promote and increase the interests of the Company at your designated outlet(s).
- Have good working ethics.
- Ensure outlet(s) targets are being met by promoting sales.
- Constantly maintain speed and consistency in beverage/food making.
- Follow all procedures in accordance to the Company’s operations manual, SOP and recipe.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards all the times.
- Undertake any other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs or related duties as specified by the management and use your best endeavours to fulfill and complete your tasks as required in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- School leavers or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience in a similar role, position and sound understanding of the local market.
- Applicants must possess at least SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and cheerful smile.
- Independent, self-initiative and able to work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
