Whakarongorau aims to be there when face to face health and social services cannot, providing consistent, clinically supported access to services for those in need or when people are unable to access other options due to location, time of day, financial or cultural barriers.

Ōu wheako ōu mātauranga hoki:
- Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar is desirable
Ōu āheitanga ōu pūkenga hoki - Skills and competence
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages desirable, such as C#, Javascript, SQL, HTML
- Knowledge of databases, especially SQL Server is desirable
- Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance
- Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients
- Exceptional communication skills
- A commitment to the diverse cultures of our services users and the needs of priority populations in Aotearoa
- Proven ability to discuss the incorporation of cultural safe practice into daily work delivery
