A leading insurance brokerage firm working with renowned insurance providers to offer expert advice and comprehensive insurance policies to our valued clients. As a Domestic Broker Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on client retention, business growth and growth of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and organise the existing client portfolio, ensuring all client renewals are reviewed annually.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's personal or business insurance needs and tailor recommended coverage to align with their specific risk profile.
- Process client renewals in a timely manner.
- Identify growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio and leverage your unique relationship and knowledge to act upon these opportunities.
- Grow, train and coach your team - 70% team focus, 30% looking after your book.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- We are looking for an experienced Personal lines Broker who is ready for a step up to Team Leader
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
