Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage, engage, and grow the community across multiple platforms.
- Provide timely support by answering questions and addressing concerns within the community.
- Create and execute high-level strategies for community growth and engagement, with a focus on continuous assessment and optimization.
- Localize marketing and brand strategies to align with the audience's cultural nuances.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to enhance community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze community performance, offering regular feedback and suggestions for optimization.
- Plan and launch innovative community campaigns and activation events to drive engagement and growth.
- Assist in client conversion and retention, including the distribution of rewards.
- Enforce community guidelines to maintain an inclusive and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and growing communities, preferably in the Crypto or trading sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of trading and the blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Creativity and innovative thinking in community growth tactics.
- Proficiency in managing time and reporting work progress and status.
Salary: €30,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
