Our client, a leading broker based in Dublin City Centre, are looking to add an enthusiastic and driven Junior Financial Advisor to their growing team.
The role requires someone who is self-motivated and whose priority is to work as a trusted professional advisor for clients in managing their wealth. The role will involve working with clients to help them realise their financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Administering group pension and benefits schemes
- Preparation of presentations, reports and advice to corporate and personal clients and prospective clients
- Reviewing existing customer base for business development opportunities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes through feedback and working alongside support staff
- Develops sales proposals and presentations that are consistent with company standards with assistance from more senior sales team members
Skills & Qualification requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in investments and pensions
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate client and team needs
- Effective time management and decision making skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to build confident presentation and public speaking abilities
