Retail Manager
We are delighted to be working with our client who operate within the food industry who are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their team on a full time basis.
For You:
- Salary - €50,000 - €60,000 DOE
- 20 Days annual Leave
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality food and service is provided to customers.
- Monitoring budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records.
- Order and manage inventory of food, ingredients, packaging and supplies.
- Manage shop staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Plan new promotions and initiatives, and contribute to business development.
- Organising staff rotas.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived.
- Management of Wage Budgets on a weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings regularly and develop individual skills constantly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in a retail food environment desirable.
- Excellent organisation skills and Strong leadership experience required to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety Regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
