Food Safety and Quality Officer

Secret Recipe would like to recruit a Food Safety and Quality Manager

This role based in Ballincollig Cork

This is a full time role and is based 100% on site, but is a practical role - and includes at least 40% of the time in production.

Typical work days 5 days per week - with at least 1 day being a weekend - Starting 10am

• BRC
• HACCP
• As well as having worked in a similar business making Prepared Meals
• Experience in dealing with external audits as well as visits from statutory bodies is required
• Work will also include NPD, Spec Sheets, external audits etc
• Experience in working in a food business in a similar role would be an advantage_

A degree from an EU university is required in an appropriate field.

Salary: €33,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
