Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project technical aspects through planning, coordination, and supervision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project deadlines are met within budget and comply with regulatory and internal health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain records, monitor completed works, and upkeep site diaries.
Key Requirements
- Possess a relevant third level degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction engineering
- Previous experience with a main contractor is essential.
- Proven track record of involvement in projects within the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors, particularly in Pharma/Datacentre/ Hi-Tech/ Distribution/ Warehouse projects
- Proficiency in the use of GPS, robotic total station, and levelling equipment
- Experience in reading and explaining drawings, plans and ensuring the compliance of policies
Package Offered
- Salary of €65,000 - €80,000, depending on experience
