Translate the program strategy into the development of Stores regarding Store Design according to layouts and Design standard.
Work cross-functional with Space Range and Display, Commercial, Operation, and all relevant functions to develop the right design to deliver store performances.
Lead the team for design production as per schedule with high quality.
Drive and manage design to get approval.
Provide improvement business suggestions based on data insight and analysis with understanding on cost and benefit to make a good business case and get approval.
Plan & schedule (along with stakeholders) project delivery timelines/ milestones, budgets etc.
Builds strong partnerships with all stakeholders and the business to gain their trust and mind.
Ensure the team adheres to the defined ways of working, process, KPI & SLA's etc. and all deliverables are completed to the given scope.
Maintain clear and effective KPIs and measures and ensure the consistent delivery of Retail Design Standards in all stores and malls.
Develop illustrations, photoshops, retouch logos and other designs using software as specified from input provided by Project manager and set up team.
Complete projects by coordinating and work with copywriters and Lead Retail Standard Manager to produce final design deliver to signage contractor for production.
Manage the operations or Design standards and 3D agencies for all geographies that deliver fit for purpose design standard documents, 3D visuals of store plans.
Manage a business expectation through the new design concept till launch.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in architectural design.
Masters degree in business is preferable.
At least 8 years of experience.
3-4 years in Retail design or related fields.
Business and operation acumen.
Project Management.
Influencing and presentation skills.
Excellent communication.
Strong analysis and critical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication in English.
